I have found that the best way to avoid judgment is to simply put on those blinders, as they say. Just as wearing noise-canceling headphones can block out external noise, focusing on your own path can help drown out the constant chatter in your mind. Your reality is rooted in your experiences and choices, not in what others think about them. Prioritize your own goals and happiness, and let others’ judgments wash over you as gently as a wave over sand.
